Rocio Granados is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a Bachelor degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and a Master degree in Urban Studies. In addition to private counseling, she works as a Senior Public Health Nutritionist for a federally funded nutritional program. She has counseled and taught individuals and groups for several years on a range of issues including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, weight loss/gain, pregnancy and lactation nutrition, children feeding, disease prevention and healthy living through nutrition therapy.
Her goal is to help you maintain optimal health through healthy lifestyle changes providing you with the expertise and knowledge so that you can incorporate small changes in your daily routine in the areas of your life you consider need improvement to facilitate improved health. Her approach incorporates nutrition, fitness and motivation to help you stay on track and reach your goals.
